Shipping, Order Processing, and Returns – LipoVive

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for your LipoVive order to be processed before shipment. Orders placed during holidays may experience slight delays. If any payment or shipping information is incomplete or incorrect, processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.

All domestic addresses are verified through USPS. International orders may require extra processing and shipping time. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. national holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method. Estimated transit times do not include weekends or holidays. LipoVive is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, labor strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are the responsibility of the carrier. UPS is our primary shipping provider. For any shipping concerns, please contact contact@lipovive.com.

International shipping may take 4–6 weeks under normal circumstances, or up to 8–12 weeks depending on customs clearance. Additional fees may apply for remote locations.

Order Cancellation

Due to high demand, orders are processed immediately. You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible. If your order has already shipped, you can refuse delivery or return the package for a refund.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. LipoVive cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed. Refunds or reshipping for packages sent to the wrong address will only be issued if the package is returned.

Delivery Confirmation

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly. LipoVive cannot issue refunds for items confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

To request a refund, all bottles—including full, partially used, empty, or bonus bottles—must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase. Include a printed note with:

  • Order ID
  • Full name and shipping address
  • Email and phone number
  • Original packing slip (if available)

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned package is received.
